Orange Banana Protein Smoothie (Perfect for Recovery!)
Recipe type: Post Workout Smoothie, Protein Smoothie
1/4 to 1/2 cup water or coconut water to blend
2 whole oranges, peeled and halved
1 ripe banana
2 tablespoons ISO HD vanilla protein by BPI
1 cup ice
Place all ingredients into the blender in the order listed and secure lid.
Blend until smooth
Serve immediately. Enjoy!
