Ingredients:

-12 ounces of almond or soy milk

– 1 tablespoon natural peanut butter (or PB2) for lower fat content

– 1 medium banana

– 1 scoop ISO 100 Whey Vanilla

– 1 handful of ice

Serving size : one smoothie
